Lucia Edwards was born in London on June 22 ,1987. She has English, Italian and Slovak heritage. Her mother being a writer and a professor of aesthetics, her father a fashion designer. Lucia's acting career started off in the youth theatre and when she was 18, she went to Central School of Speech and Drama. Most of theatre productions she was in were novels adaptations, Anna Karenina where she's played Anna Karenina, Crime and Punishment, the character of Sonya, Wedekind's Lulu where she's played Lulu to name a few. After given the scholarship by Anna Strasberg, she moved to New York and studied at Lee Strasberg Institute. Apart from acting, Lucia had always enjoyed producing and writing and created The Power of love theatre production directed by Ilmar Taska in the Courtyard theatre in London. Lucia landed her first Bollywood role as Sharon in Naughty @ 40, in which she co-starred with Govinda. She appeared in Borgia, Terra X and Zurich crime Tv series. She directed her first short film The Red painted shoes that was selected for Best Drama short film in Cannes.
