Kayla Lakhani is a multidisciplinary artist who was born in Toronto, Canada. She spent much of her childhood growing up in both Kenya and Canada, where she began performing on stage at a very young age. In addition to her film and television credits, Kayla has appeared in several National Commercials, is a graduate of both the 2017 NBC/Universal Bob Curry Fellowship, and the Writing Conservatory program from The Second City Toronto, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University, and is a trained dancer in hip hop, salsa, and the classical Indian art form known as Bharatnatyam.
